Slap Your Monkey

buy yourself a chimpanzee
when things start gettingí funky
donít go out and wreck the town
stay home and slap your monkey
slap your monkey
slap him all around
slap your monkey
stomp him in the ground

when youíre feeling tired and blue
and jokes arenít even funny
donít let the pressure get to you
go home and slap your monkey
slap your monkey
slap him in the back
slap your monkey
hear the small bones crack

when your girlfriend blows it off
and you ainít got no money
donít take a razor to your wrist
go home and slap your monkey
slap your monkey
slap him in the head
slap your monkey
slap him Ďtil heís dead
