Dangerous
  JERRY BROWNING

 ..FOLLOWING SEAS

Dangerous

she walked in the party

  everybody turned their head

in a black mini-skirt

   lips and nails painted red

thru a champagne smile

   she noticed my hard stare

she turned with a pose

   tossing back her auburn hair

CHORUS

she was dangerous…

i know i’ve seen her kind

she was dangerous…

she was messin’ up my mind

she was dangerous..

wasn’t looking for romance

she was dangerous…

but i had to take a chance

i took a chance

she was built like a Porsche

so i took her for a spin

i was burnin’ off the tires

‘fore she kicked the clutch in

when she down shifted on me

   i couldn’t help but scream

i was red line all the way

she was handlin’ like a dream

CHORUS

woke up the next morning

with her perfume in the air

i checked the motel room

   found my wallet lying bare

but i didn’t get angry

   and i couldn’t feel blue

i bent down and smiled

pulled the c-note from my shoe

CHORUS
