Letís Run

Letís Run

my soul soars miles away from here
but my heart-stringís in your hand
my loveís as deep as a crystal sky
and as endless as grains of sand
my wealth lies in the words in my head
my ambitionís to always be free
if you still love me for what i am
grab-hold and run with me

run with me thru fields and forests
run with me thru coal black nights
run with me oír hills and valleys
iíll run until i die
letís run until we die

i can show you things youíve never seen
like the wonder in a blade of grass
and lands you reach within your dreams
or thru the razored edge of a looking glass
we can travel down rivers of music
empty into the unknown sea
on timeís unsinkable raft of love
grab-hold and run with me

run with me to paradise lost
run with me to the sacred pyre
run with me into the prismís face
iíll run until i die
letís run until we die
